Any planned maintenance, changes or updates, along with any reported issues within the Rockware Network, will be listed here. If you are experiencing an issue with any of our websites and do not see it listed here, please let us know right away.

Main Website ( are overhauling our home website,! We will be unveiling our new design, layout, functionality and services, and hope you will like the improvements as much as we do! During this design update, our main website will be down periodically, but we will do our best to minimize the downtime as much as possible. All other network sites will be available, and staff will be reachable through-out the entire process.
Client Development In ProgressUnfortunately, our current projects in progress, which are hosted by, have been experiencing significant delays. GoDaddy's servers are experiencing technical issues and as a result (presumably), all upload & download times are being throttled heavily (slowed down to a crawl); in addition, the email system and php configuration are causing several technical glitches during development. If you are a Rockware client, being hosted with GoDaddy, we apologize for this inconvienence, and we will have it wrapped up asap; we will also offer all clients affected by this mishap, free transfer, configuration & setup of any/all websites to an alternate host, and we of course invite you to choose Rockware, as we provide hosting as well.
Entire Network (all * websites and urls)We are doing several updates to our platform & software, as well as to the Rockware server and our offered hosting/domain services. To minimize inconvienence for our clients & visitors, the update process will take place over the course of several weeks, during which the daily downtime should (when we can manage to do so) take place each night, from 9:00 p.m. eastern, to 5:00 a.m. eastern.
Entire Network (all * websites and urls)We are doing an overhaul on our entire network, to create a more streamlined experience for issue reports, ticket submissions and tutorial access.
Project Management Center
We will be adding several new features, making small style adjustments and connecting our main site to our KnowledgeBase.
Account Management Center ( are looking into merging this site with our Client Center, however if we do decide to do so (we haven't as of yet), we will do this gradually to allow for ease of use and familiarity.
Main Website ( we streamline our clients' experience, we will be better connecting each of our websites to our main site. Between the listed dates, our main website may be offline to allow for the improvements we are making.
